Where we ship
We ship within the United States and to the following international destinations: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.
International availability is determined at checkout based on your shipping address. Not all products may be available for international shipment.
International shipping
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for international orders vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Processing time
Orders placed Monday to Friday are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays ship the next business day.
Shipping options (United States)
- Free Priority Shipping: free, estimated 2 to 5 business days after shipping.
- Priority Insured & Express: $9.99, estimated 1 to 3 business days after shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays can happen.
Subscription orders
Subscription renewals ship automatically on your renewal date.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. You can also track it at dualblend.co/pages/track-your-order.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will help. Orders shipped with Priority Insured & Express are covered for loss.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address. Reshipping costs may apply.
